About the Role

We are looking for a Front End Developer to improve our product based on user feedback and to think and implement the best ways to deliver an intuitive UX. This is one of the most important roles in making Napier an industry-leading DeFi project.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering
• 3+ year’s experience in front-end technologies and frameworks such as React.js Next.js.
• In-depth understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and frameworks.
• Fluent in English or Japanese

You'll have expert knowledge of:

• Designing services using DeFi in general

Major plus if you have experience with:

• background in mathematics and cryptography
• experience with React, Angular, or similar front-end frameworks.
• experience in integration with smart contract.
• experience analyzing on-chain data
