About the Role
We are looking for a Partnership Lead to find a protocol, get a partnership, think about the best way to collaborate, and execute it. It is the most important role to really make Napier an industry leading DeFi project.
Responsibilities
- Device the marketing strategy, branding, and promotion.
- Communicate the value of the product offering.
- Understand and identify potential customers and select channels to reach them.
- Maximize cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- General Understanding of the market trends and crypto including DeFi (fundamentals, culture, alpha).
- At least 2 years of work experience as a Marketings or Sales or similar role.
- Crisp written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus.
You'll have expert knowledge of:
- High Execution skills to identify potential customers, select channels to reach them and maximize cost-effectiveness.
Major plus if you have experience with:
- Worked at web3 projects
- Marketing experience - marketing strategy, branding, and promotion.
